VAYA Pearl White Reseller Package Description:

1. VAYA reseller’s package is open to any interested individuals in legal age, without any derogatory records.
2. Applicants must fill-out the online registration form submitting all personal and contact information.
3. An applicant must purchase one (1) reseller’s package for each identified product to become eligible as reseller.

4. After valid purchase of reseller’s package, each qualified reseller will be given unique reseller’s ID number and log-in credentials in the web-based and/or mobile application.
5. Official resellers will enjoy the following purchase privileges in the subsequent purchases:
   Special Reseller’s Price for VAYA PEARL WHITE SET-P 395.00/set.
6. Official resellers are also eligible to participate in company promotions exclusive for resellers.
7. To suggested retail price is subject to change without prior notice.
8. To retain the reseller’s status, there must be a minimum of 5 sets/units per product orders every calendar month. Reseller’s privileges will be provisionally suspended once the number of orders fall below the minimum sets required. The company reserves the right to waive this policy subject to its discretion.
9. A special ordering platform in the website/application will be dedicated solely for resellers.
10. There is only limited number of official resellers subject to the company policy depending on the population of the each city/municipality. Advertising materials will be provided to the official resellers such as but not limited to:
    official VAYA reseller’s poster/ tarpaulin, company marketing collaterals, print ads, flyers, etc.
11. The terms and conditions for the resellers are subject to change under the discretion of the company management and with prior notice to the official resellers.
